Improving the training of managers in the sport based on the needs of professional labor market

This works presents a methodology of functional analysis of types of labor activities, that used in delevopement of professional standarts. Obtained results allows to clarify missed and improtant professional and special competence, which are to be included in contents of original education program of sports managers training based on regional labor market needs.
